Consistently, you have provided reliable, efficient and effective service to us in all of our IT needs which has included workstation maintenance, email and website hosting, network and server installation, network monitoring and ongoing overall support and maintenance. The effectiveness of the services you offer through Collins IT Services allows my organization to focus on the work at hand rather than deal with interruptions due to malfunctions in our Information Technology. This is especially true since you began offering the network monitoring service. This has ensured that our network is functional and operating when we need it most – which is 24 hours a day!

We have been working with Collins IT Services since early 2007. Since that time, the reliability of our computer systems has gone from requiring service and support a few times a week to having problems less than once a month. Things never seemed to run properly on our network before working with them. We were never able to properly share files or information between the computers on our network and whenever we tried, we were plagued with problems. Collins IT Services now monitors our network and supports much of it remotely. We rarely experience any problems since they are taking care of them before we know about them and in the event that we do run into a problem, it is resolved quickly without us having to wait for someone to arrive here. I used to have to reboot my computer daily and just assumed that was what people did. I now rarely ever shut my computer down. It has been great for us to be able to focus on our business knowing that our systems are being taken care of. It is one less thing for us to have to worry about.
